About the Role
We are looking for a versatile UX/UI Designer to join our product team. In this role, you’ll bridge user needs and business goals. You’ll be responsible for the entire design lifecycle – from initial user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and developer handoff.
The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who thrives on data-driven design and has a keen eye for modern aesthetics.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct user interviews, competitive audits, and usability testing to understand behaviors, mental models, and pain points across the trading life cycle
- Map end-to-end customer journeys and create low-fidelity wireframes
- Build interactive high-fidelity prototypes that account for real‑time state changes, market volatility, and error prevention.
- Develop user interactions that reduce friction in high-intent scenarios (e.g., placing orders, managing positions, account funding, searching for new trading opportunities)
- Create polished interfaces for dashboards, scanners, watchlists, charts, and alerts that align with our brand identity and standards.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system optimized for financial data, multi‑state components, and responsive layouts.
- Design UI patterns that support high‑density, real‑time financial data without overwhelming users.
- Use a mobile-first approach and ensure clarity and consistency across mobile and web trading experiences.
- Use product analytics and user feedback to continuously improve existing features.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards for data‑rich interfaces
- Work closely with Product Owners and Engineers to ensure technical feasibility and smooth implementation.
- Present design decisions backed by research, data, and trading behavior insights.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
- Mastery of Figma (required), plus experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, etc.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your process, including case studies that show how you solved specific user problems.
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS constraints (you don’t need to code, but you need to communicate with software engineers).
- Data-informed approach to design, with the ability to interpret user analytics and feedback to drive iterative improvements.
- Deep commitment to understanding the psychological state of users managing financial assets and the ability to design for trust and clarity.
- Proactive team player who can bridge the gap between marketing strategy and product functionality.
- Previous experience in Fintech, Banking, or Trading platforms will be considered as a plus.
